Okay, I really really want the new iPhone 3G. And for once, I can buy it, too. I have the monies and everything! It's so cheap, somemore. A 16GB one is US$299. Positively paltry compared to the US$600 price tag the original commanded at its opening. My dad was even offering to have one preordered and shipped over from the US, since it ain't coming to Singapore anytime soon (much less 'Nam. The original iPhone hasn't even started legally being sold in 'Nam o_O).
It'll be great. I'll ship it from the states, sim unlock it in 'Nam, get all sorts of cheap apps in 'Nam (maybe even free, since technically the iPhone isn't sold here) and have the coolest phone in school since My, Louise and Khanh Ly's original iPhones. Heh heh. The only thing I dislike about the 3G one is their ugly ass plastic behind. I liked the aluminium one a lot! :(
Anyway, I got to thinking, and I guess I shall wait till like a week or two after it's been released in the states so I can read reviews and see if it's really all it's cracked up to be. Who knows, uncle henry might even have appropriated one by then, being such a technowhiz and all. Then I can just get the scoop from him!

Oh ya and y'all, change of plans. I'm coming back to Singapore from the 9th of July now, not the 28th of June. I shall commence appointment booking next week, heh heh.
